I am Edwin Tan Zhoujin, a third year Mechanical Production Engineering student in Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
When I joined the Red Cross Humanitarian Network(RCHN) in August last year, I made two promises to a room full of RCHN NTU Chapter fellows that if I were to be elected as the BDRP officer, I would set up a blood type databank and hold a mobile outside campus.
